Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges subject to certain conditions. Customers must have purchased the product directly from Primitive Excellence, the product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, and the request for a refund or exchange must be made within 30 days for all heavy equipment and 14 days for all other items. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided. Heavy equipment is classified as: squat racks, indoor cycles and treadmills, rowing machines, etc. Items referred to as all other items include: clothing, watches, equipment under the recovery category, etc. If you would like clarification, please feel free to reach out.
