Refunds

2.2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned product.
2.3. Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
Gift cards or vouchers
Products that are personalized or customized according to your specifications unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
